Children’s Health

Pediatric medicine involves providing medical care for children with acute or chronic health conditions, as well as providing preventive health services to keep children healthy. Our doctors at All Saints Family Practice provide comprehensive care for children of all ages from birth. We also treat a range of childhood conditions and illness include, Immunization, Allergies, Asthma, Eczema, Ear infections, Cold and flu and Vomiting and diarrheal disease.

General Health and Exams

Our practice provide health checks to all patients.  Prevention is better than cure, that’s why health checks are important. The aim of a health check is to prevent or find disease early before it gets worse.

Your GP will take your medical history during the health check and do tests if needed. Your GP may also provide advice on diet, lifestyle, and medications during the health check.

Skin Checks

Our GPs are qualified professionals that can carry out skin checks and examine any lesions of concern using various effective techniques to treat lesions. They will talk to you about your risk factors and family history, and able to treat some skin cancers. They might also refer you to a dermatologist, if needed.

Antenatal care is recommended to prevent potential problems during pregnancy. Your antenatal care doctor checks the health of the woman and baby to determine if extra care is needed. Antenatal care can include screening for congenital conditions and obstetric ultrasounds when needed. Your antenatal care doctor is also there to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Cryotherapy is a type of treatment that uses extreme cold to treat skin conditions. It can be used to freeze warts, moles, small skin cancers, and other skin problems to remove them.   Cryotherapy is safe, and often there is minimal pain.   Cryotherapy is applied by your doctor using liquid nitrogen. Many people prefer cryotherapy because it is safe and minimally invasive. Cryotherapy is cheaper and less painful too, and less likely to leave a scar.
